you.  Print off the completed entry form and deliver to a Run For Your Life location.

Race Day registration and chip pick up begins at 7:00AM at the U.S. National Whitewater Center.

* Parking at the USNWC is $5. FORTUNATELY, all pre-registered race participant's parking fee is
included in the registration fee for the 5k and 10k races.  Any car with a pre-registered race participant in
it, does not pay for parking on race day. Just show your race bib number at the USNWC park entrance
and YOU PARK FREE.

Runners with strollers are not permitted in the event due to terrain. No exceptions.

The Trail Run Challenge will take place in shine only.  If the trails are deemed unsafe by the USNWC
Staff due to inclement weather, the race will postponed to a later date.  This later date will announced on
this website.  Only force majeure will cancel the event. In the event of a force majeure, there will be no
refunds or credits applied to future events.
